Why do the supposed best schools need remedial classes

Harvard is still admitting low stats students. They go to poor performing schools ie, average SAT is 900 and they get a 1350 so they look like rock stars. But they really aren't and need help once they get to college. They're making a joke of admissions.

My kid went to a school with a 900 ish SAT average. Only two students in the entire school scored in the mid 1500s. They are at Ivy+ now. Everyone else is at the state schools one would expect.

This whole fiction of kids like this getting into schools they can't handle is super false and even more mean spirited. I say mean spirited because some of you know you are spreading lies. The rest of you who are inclined to believe this story I fear believe a lot of hearsay.

I think privileged whites feel threatened by hard working Asians since they don't won't to compete with Asians. Asians in general tend to be focused on academic and economic progress unlike other groups.
