Same as for women. You CAN have a baby afterwards but chances of autism and adhd go way up.

Autism is related to the parental age not the maternal age - and adhd is largely heritable and appears often in younger parents due to the prevalence of impulsive sexual behavior relating to underlying adhd that is then passed on
