Do you have a link, I seriously doubt this is authentic. There was a post Bukele made some time ago about willing to accept our prisoners, it was blamed to no end and received no support even from the hardcore MAGA. It was essentially a joke. I think you are freaking out about nothing.

First of all, there is no proof that this is what's intended to happen. Secondly, the reason why people want harsher punishment for these idiots is because they are afraid soft on crime jurisdictions will let them go unscathed. And this bullying and terrorizing regular citizens will continue. Not doing a prison sentence for arson is not an option if we want this to stop, yes, it should happen here. Unless you don't want this to stop?
