Arlington Coaching Slate out

At Arlington -- coaches have little to do with college placement. All done by players and family.

He was a great coach when our kids were younger but we want a coach with experience placing kids in colleges.

Let me guess you're a Union exceptionalist who still believes club coaches gets your kid signed. IF this is true, which it isnt, the coaching slate at FVU is really important for you. Spoiler alert it will be Brave 2.0 so you know you are getting VYS and BRYC coaches. MYS were the college guys if it really matters

What was the last team he coached? What older girls teams?

JO has not been at SYC as a HC for years. Coached U9-12 teams on the girls side.

So ASA posting lies?

Posting doesn't mention any former clubs specifically so not sure, that's why I was asking. From googling him he has a bigger profile as a loan officer and with his personal traing businesss than as a HC anywhere. So Union '08 this year but not really, where did he coach the previous year?

Summer with Union 08 was in 2021. Fall 2021 was the last time he was a girls HC at SYC.

And coaching beyond U-Littles.

I'm surprised AW is staying as the GK coach. I heard she was bounced from her previous gig. Surprised no one at ARL is complaining about that one.

NVA wave is coming followed by the fed up FVU crowd, and then those not convinced with the current GA VA revolution that is happening in NOVA. Arlington moms its time to start greasing those connects for DD's spot

Which gig? She came from college team where head coach was replaced. Not sure I would call that bounced.

1/3 to half the spots on Arlington on every ECNL team are in play. Depending on team, Arlington happy with top half or top 2/3.

No way more than 1 or 2 girls make each team. Arlington parents are not going to let 1/3 of the girls be replaced
