Cause they could improve each team significantly. With this current GA VA takeover; HS age girls are not convinced by GA if they still can make an ECNL team. Even the youngers now MYS 2013 should be the bellweather we were waiting on and they have already moved with their feet away from their GA club to BRAVE 2.0. Arlington will cotinue to get interest as there are only 3 clubs now for the ECNL exceptionalist parents and the I'm afraid of not keeping up with Jones soccer parents who are being told GA is a perfectly good option...but is it? I don't know just trying to understand whats what

If ECNL is what the ECNL hats say it is then no one should be surprised if there is movement. Isnt that the point of playing in any leagues? I'm sure some surprises are on the horizon

Arlington will take good players. Coaches of every club always looking to replace the bench.

This was the way and most would just say thanks but no to Arlington as a result hence the medocrity. If I have to work for my spot I'd rather play at FVU or VDA who actually have significant talent ahead of me and will make the playoffs. No ECNL level players are looking at Arlington and will accept a bench offer especially in a GA watered down market. If you can start in GA they will just go to GA/stay with GA to get more minutes.

Arlington has an opportunity this cylce here to get out of its own way and improve their teams significantly. 11's are only team in the club that can comfortably only add 1-2 and/or replace the bench

Of you think your kid is safe you are delusional. End of day teams parents wa t to compete. And if there are obvious weak links and someone with more talent shows up they will get replaced.
