Fried fish sandwiches - cod fillets dredged in flour and egg, then panko, shallow fry and then season. Homemade tartar sauce - kewpie mayo with mustard, cornichons, pickled onions - American cheese (!) and toasted brioche. Cabbage slaw with cilantro and carrots on the side.
Tomorrow night lamb keema baked in a puff pastry crust (like a pot pie), roasted potatoes, green salad. |

Tonight I had Mac & cheese and added cut up chicken breast pieces.
Tomorrow I'll have leftover baked chicken drumsticks and roasted potatoes, and cherries for dessert. I hate vegetables. Thank you. |
