Sure you are .... DEI has poisoned our society, in a nutshell. Pitted us against one another, in short. I miss the old days when my DC would bring friends home all diversities, rather than the lily white mixture I get these days and I asked my DC why things had changed, she's in elementary school. Her answer, THEY don't want to lay with us. She never would have said that in the past, enough with this garbage.

Black and brown people are amazing. DEI was so amazing that now, all companies are at least 80% black and brown and 50% women. Wow. DEI did all of that? In reality, black people make up 5% of corporate leadership positions. Not much different for every other industry.

millions of dollars wasted on a division of workers to track reports on hiring. they have achieve nothing. it is marketing to the woke.

and what is ironic, is that these GSEs use the Indian bodyshops extensively, WITCH etc. and the Indian bodyshops are the most anti-DEI companies in American. Try and find an African american/Hispanic as these firms.

and the DEI work was supposed to help establish opportunities for minorities in business that Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae use. but they are using the most racist companies in American to get at the cheaper foreign temporary workers for staff augmentation. without having guest worker sponsorship on the Freddie Mac/Fannie Mae books. less cost and less risk.

so they have a DEI group to promote African Americans, and they subcontract to racist Indian Bodyshops that will not hire African Americans, and the DEI group is led by African Americans.

DEI wasn't illegal before January 20th. DEI is nothing more than identifying opportunities for diversity, equity and inclusion. Private sector can hire who they want, without any interference from the government.
