Or are you saying the Civil Rights Act itself is unconstitutional, for telling private companies they shouldn't discriminate in hiring. Barry Goldwater said that and voted no, but I didn't think that was common nowadays.

+1000. Title VII proscribes most DEI hiring practices, but companies knew the Bided DoJ Civil Rights Division would never enforce it.

So when bakeries don't want to make cakes for some people and private schools don't want to hire some people, you all scream PRIVATE BUSINESS CAN DO WHAT THEY WANT.
