You should see how much hiring doesn’t happen because of discrimination. That’s what really is going to get them. That “who you know” and referral programs, yeah that’s a form of bias in the process. Legacy admissions preference, same.

Yep which should be the basis for re-litigating all those cases. No religious preference at religious private schools because that is discrimination. No ability to deny service to someone doing something lawfully because that would be discrimination not executing your religious rights, particular if you don’t have to announce them to the world beforehand. Everyone needs to come up with a fair, easy standard by which to judge.

Free exercise is a 1st Amendment right not tied to the statutory anti-discrimination practices of the various laws (Civ Rights Act, Rehabilitation Act, etc.)

and what is ironic, is that these GSEs use the Indian bodyshops extensively, WITCH etc. and the Indian bodyshops are the most anti-DEI companies in American. Try and find an African american/Hispanic as these firms.

and the DEI work was supposed to help establish opportunities for minorities in business that Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae use. but they are using the most racist companies in American to get at the cheaper foreign temporary workers for staff augmentation. without having guest worker sponsorship on the Freddie Mac/Fannie Mae books. less cost and less risk.

so they have a DEI group to promote African Americans, and they subcontract to racist Indian Bodyshops that will not hire African Americans, and the DEI group is led by African Americans.

I've been saving lots of money since this all started. Me, as well as most of my black friends, have not been to Target, Walmart, Amazon, Dunkin, Lowes, etc. I ordered some heated gloves on the company website instead of going to Amazon today. It's been quite nice to support actual small businesses. Signed up for Barnes and Noble audio books today. Love it.

Isn’t it just as hypocritical to insist that companies be allowed to continue discriminatory practices because they are private businesses and can do what they want?
