Where do you get this? People say all kinds of other desserts are too sweet and people agree tenfold. Others are saying it’s soggy. Not sure how either of those descriptions relate to only liking white bread.

Same type of person that doesn’t like tres leches because it’s “soggy and weird” can’t handle the texture of bread crust or anything other than wonder bread.

No. Tres leches is bland and soggy, similar to wonder bread.

I hate both tres leches and wonder bread.

I’ve had “good ones” (grew up in an area where this was a very popular dessert both at restaurants and for home cooks) and I still don’t like it. I can see how it appeals to some, but it just does nothing for me.

I've never had tres leches cake but I love a good flan. Maybe choose that next time if you have an option? Crème Brûlée is good too but has a firmer, creamier texture, and is not associated with Mexican food.

Yuck I hate tres leches cake and I love sweets. Never have had a tasty piece of it.

NP here. I love flan. But I can’t eat tres leches cake because it literally means “3 milks”. This is because it’s made with condensed milk, evaporated milk and whole milk. And that kind of milk just grosses me out.
