How is federal employee's Severance Pay calculated (not RIFed yet, just a question)?

I think the argument was that OMB is such a policy-focused agency, basically anyone who worked there fell under the category because they had access to the information. It would be different in other agencies.

The FOIA’ed docs from 2020 were up on NTEU’s website, but they updated the page and I can’t find the link.

I think severance is ended if you take another job in federal service before the severance period ends.
