Based on what? The opinion of someone who went to college 30 years ago and is stuck in time?

The fact that they are diploma mills that rely heavily on online classes and TAs teaching classes.

How would you know it is more the case there than elsewhere? Most colleges now have an available online component.

It’s common knowledge and easily verified by a minimum of research.

Not highly ranked schools, which is why the current U.S. News rankings are a joke. Took away actual indices of quality and replaced them with dei factors.

But sure, you’d find the same at schools like University of Arizona or Arizona State.

Right, that's what I meant. This is all large state schools. Idk about rankings being a joke. They simply consider cost as well. It's an important component.

Agreed. UVA way overrated at #24. I mean who really even thinks about this school anymore outside of the DMV and Northeast somewhat. I live in the Midwest and never hear that school mentioned. UF and FSU etc are very popular nationally hence why they are inundated with applications.

This poster is correct in saying most good FL students apply to both. UF has also had 25ish% until this year. Got a lot more popular this year oos and they rejected or deferred more FL kids.
