| Syracuse. And very happy. |

Per student, Swarthmore is one of the richest colleges in the US. (The per student endowment is 3x Vassar's.) |
Isn't this a very prestigious school?!! |
Yay! đ˘ |
Then he might not have gotten into Wisconsin! |
Tufts' 25th-75th percentile range was 1480-1560 and its acceptance rate was 10 percent. Maybe it wasn't the reachiest of reach schools you were hoping for, but unless you bought a building it wasn't a safety. |
| Jail. |
They hate RD applicants and anyone they think doesn't love them enough. |
Same for DD with 1570 in 2023 |
Mine is applying to NEU regular admission but really, really likes the school. She's high stats, 35 ACT + good sports, jobs and ECs and she's not at all confident of admission. I know there's a lot of hate, but our experience has been it's a tough admit for strong applicants. Based upon local experience, she's more confident about BC and BU, which are down her list. |
+1000 Almost as bad as Tulane with the ED and interest guessing games |
If you say so. Barnard ainât Stanford now is it? Or Yale. |
No, I am not. PP here. I know three kids who wanted to go elsewhere and ended up at Tufts, Barnard and Occidental. I never said these are bad schools. Theyâre fine. But theyâre neither the top choice of my friendsâ kids, nor are they as well regarded or highly ranked as the schools that they didnât get into. This was 2021, 2022 and 2023 for reference. Two from a big three and one from a public in Montgomery County. |
I genuinely donât get this. How is Northeastern rejecting kids with 1570 on the SATs? I know Iâm old, but are there that many kids with scores like that out there? |
