Joe Arpaio has been accused of numerous types of police misconduct, including abuse of power, misuse of funds, failure to investigate sex crimes, criminal negligence, abuse of suspects in custody, improper clearance of cases, unlawful enforcement of immigration laws, and election law violations. A Federal court monitor was appointed to oversee his office's operations because of complaints of racial profiling. The U.S. Department of Justice concluded that Arpaio oversaw the worst pattern of racial profiling in U.S. history, and subsequently filed suit against him for unlawful discriminatory police conduct. Arpaio and the Maricopa County Sheriff's Office (MCSO) were named as defendants in dozens of civil lawsuits brought by citizens arrested by Arpaio and his deputies alleging wrongful arrest, wrongful death, entrapment and other claims, costing taxpayers in Maricopa County over $140 million in litigation against Arpaio during his tenure as sheriff

Trump’s second pardon
Kristian Mark Saucier(born c. 1986) is a former U.S. Navy sailor who was convicted of unauthorized retention of national defense information and sentenced to one year in prison in October 2016 for taking photographs of classified engineering areas of USS Alexandria (SSN-757), a nuclear-powered attack submarine, in 2009. President Donald Trump pardoned Saucier on March 9, 2018

Trump’s third pardon
From 2001 to 2005, Libby held the offices of Assistant to the Vice President for National Security Affairs, Chief of Staff to the Vice President of the United States and Assistant to the President during the administration of President George W. Bush.

In October 2005, Libby resigned from all three government positions after he was indicted on five counts by a federal grand jury concerning the investigation of the leak of the covert identity of Central Intelligence Agency officer Valerie Plame Wilson. He was subsequently convicted of four counts (one count of obstruction of justice, two counts of perjury, and one count of making false statements), making him the highest-ranking White House official convicted in a government scandal since John Poindexter, the national security adviser to President Ronald Reagan in the Iran–Contra affair.

Etc let jump to
Trump granted clemency to five of his former campaign staff members and political advisers: Paul Manafort, Roger Stone, Michael Flynn, Stephen K. Bannon, and George Papadopoulos. Trump's grants of clemency were criticized by the federal agents and prosecutors who investigated and prosecuted the cases.

These are bad, but none of them destroyed the lives of children the way the kids for cash judge did.

Yes, a terrible pardon. I totally agree.

But wah wah wah, EVERY pardon Trump made was far worse. Far, far, far worse.

And Trump is going to pardon all the January 6 insurrectionists who broke into our nation's capital and caused the injuries and deaths of many police officers guarding the building. That's on Day 1. How many other crooks and vile human beings do you think he's going to pardon before the end of his term?

There is no comparison between the two men.

Raping kids is like the worst thing I can think of.
Maybe your moral compass approves of it?

Each to their own.

In all seriousness, as a Harris voter, can you name a person Trump pardoned that hurt as many children as the cash-for-kids judge or the guy with the thousands of images of child pornography? I would genuinely like to know, because these actions of Biden have been making me sick to my stomach, and I don’t know of a pardon from Trump where the person pardoned hurt as many children as these Biden ones did.

I voted for Biden and I have no idea what happened to the man I voted for. This is sick and wrong.

You're just now figuring out he's a charlatan and a scum bag... wow.

Apparently, yes. You should be happy about that, right?

+1 People who hurt kids are the worst and there is no comparison. Can you imagine the outrage if Trump had pardoned people who had child porn and took money for unjustly imprisoning innocent kids? My mind is blown. Unbelievable.

I am just so happy Biden lost the election.

He was never President

Who the H*ll is running the country?

They should have declared Biden months or even years ago. I guess now we know why they didn’t. It always comes back to money.

pedo with almost 50k child porn images and judge who took money to jail innocent children. Sickening.

I think most Presidents have demonstrated that they carelessly issue pardons, clemency and commutations. There should be a bipartisan committee that does these, not POTUS. They all selfishly give preference to friends and family and this one with the judge, is beyond comprehension.

The Dems are highly satanic. Biden is paying the fee.

This is gross - I can’t imagine Harris doing it though if she had won. Maybe , I’m naive.

Do presidents give reasons for their pardons or commutations? Someone (the press!) needs to ask him why he pardoned/commuted the sentences of a crooked judge who hurt kids and families and a gd pedo!

Biden has become a terrible disappointment.

I am not sure I’ve ever seen a pardon season as immoral as this one, and that includes Trump. I agree this needs to stop. Enough is enough.

I wouldn’t have thought Biden would do this and yet here we are.
