Bedtime for middle schoolers and parents

A night he has sports. He doesn't usually get home until close to 9:30 or 10 :00 so that's two nights a week. The other nights are anywhere between 8:00 and 10 depending what else we have going on and how tired he seems. My 4th grader goes to bed at eight. I prefer to be in bed by 9:30 or 10 :00 but typically fall asleep closer to 11:00 11:30

9:30pm bedtime, 7am wake up for 7th grader. She falls asleep by 10pm most nights. Devices off and charging in common area at 8:30pm. We go to bed at 10:30pm or so.

My middle schooler does not have a bedtime but self regulates pretty well. Usually turns in at 8:30-9 unless he has sports that run later (might get to bed as late as 10 on those nights). He is up at 6:30.

DH goes to bed at 9 if he can (he needs way more sleep than I do). I go to bed at 11ish.

My 5th grader is usually in bed by 8:30 and then he reads for 20-30 minutes.
