Neighbors across sycolin desperate to get into MLS next, can you buy a spot in that league? |
Given Loudoun blocked there ECNL attempt. they are trying to buy in from what I heard and I hope they do.. send a message to the nepotism BS that is Loudoun NVA. |
All great points except the coach’s placement was insisted to MH from higher up. His hands were tied. |
It’s sad that people actually believe VRSC owner can buy a spot in MLS next. However, can’t blame the man for fattening his pockets with such carrot-dangling techniques. |
He actually can buy a spot. Question is when will they get said money to do so. Given the money in this area and the facility they have its only a matter of time. |
GA allows you to buy a spot because GA is not the highest girls youth soccer. It’s ECNL. MLS next is the highest level of boys youth soccer. Pipelining into alleged future professionals since the first pro division in this country is MLS. I’m skeptical MLS is going to tarnish their reputation because “this area has a lot of money”. Also, this DMV area currently has - Achilles FC (MD) - DC United - Alexandria (VA) - Baltimore Armour (MD) - Bethesda SC (MD) - Springfield SYC (VA) |
it always comes down to money. ECNL has already “tarnish” themselves with too many clubs with diluted talent. |
+West Virginia….it’s close to Loudoun |
which im pretty sure has “tarnished” MLSNext…lol. An LC team would grab better talent |
And yet West Virginia is in and Loudoun is not. Sorry, not sorry. |
Well, there are a lot of teams in VA. For greater competition, it sounds logical that they should fold ASA or Aquiles. Loundon will happily buy their place and move the girls to GA. |
Will solar panel guy lose his marbles when his copycat club gets denied and can no longer deceive clients with the MLS carrot? |
I say Achilles and West Virginia should go. Achilles did not win a single game this Fall. West Virginia won one game, and it was against Achilles. |
West Virginia is new. Aquiles and ASA are not, and looking at the tables. Clearly, they are not performing. |
They didn’t? |
