That’s not how it works. Ghost writer goes through chapter by chapter and takes notes or writings and makes it a real narrative. They touch every word.

I would love the “real” story where she was basically a third rate model imported from Uzbekistan or whatever and she managed to land the rich blowhard who proceeded to cheat on her while she was pregnant a few times. I’d be interested on her take on what narcissist anger looks like up close because Trump definitely is guilty of it. Also, her take on why she posed nude is hilarious.
