Where does a 41 year old 5’2 matron of honor find a dress for a November wedding?!

I need to stop looking for you, particularly as I'm not sure what you think would be most flattering with your 34DDs, but I really like this dress -- it reads a bit younger, but you're only 41 and its festive! And it would work well with someone short, as it would just probably hit more tea length.
