Teen with Rosy Cheeks

Does he have rosy cheeks when he has not been exerting himself in a dim, well-air conditioned room? If so, it’s probably not just blood flow on pale skin. Another test is whether it goes away/fades when he’s ill/otherwise pale.

Whenever he's been in cooler rooms/weather, I wouldn't say he doesn't have rosy cheeks, it's more light red/pink on both cheeks. Same thing if he's ill, but you can tell when he gets a high fever as his cheeks become quite flushed.
