Terrible dysfunction at UC administration

Sadly, this…. The UCs even UCB are not run like top privates despite having incredibly talented faculty and students. If indeeed its UCB it will be worth it in spades despite the hiccups

I just had to get off the phone after nearly yelling at them for getting our bill wrong for the third time. You just haven't experienced the nightmare that is dealing with their incompetent staff.

Wrong, unlike h3ll hole Berkeley, Virginia Public Colleges know how to run a university system. We have perfect bills, no crime campuses. You should have shame and be fearful.

OP here. To be clear. I don't mind so much the admin incompetence IF it is limited to the administrative side of things. I don't need red carpet service. In fact, I don't want half of my $70,000 going to red carpet service. What I do want is stellar academics, and I started this whole thread because I'm worried that the administrative incompetence is a sign of general incompetence. But I don't know. That's why I posted.
