Is a 20+ Year Age Gap too High?

Why don't you write a letter to Melania Trump and ask her if it's the way you could be best?

Yes, it's a troll

I'm sure you can find many interesting, funny, in shape (while not exactly loaded) guys your age out there.

Maybe it's cause of my parents relationship, but I find older guys way more attractive, & I kind of like feeling more protected.

I'm not really attracted to guys my own age, and most of the successful ones are very charismatic and find me boring / weird.

I also bleached my hair platinum blonde and I think it caused people to take me even less seriously. I even notice that people are meaner to me now than when I had brown hair (especially people in my own age group). It's like everyone instantly assumes I'm a Trump supporter/republican now (when I'm not)

He doesnt sound like a catch either. Throw this one back.

Yeah, tall, rich, in-shape, handsome men are definitely not a catch.

If a man has managed to attract so many women for relationships, then they are likely very attractive

I would figure out what you want your future to look like — think about role models other than your parents — and decide if this man and your relationship dynamic fits into the future you want. Once you know what you want, do things to get there rather than passively waiting.

And go join a meetup for a hobby you enjoy or want to try. Not everything in every 20-something’s life revolves around alcohol. I don’t drink and didn’t in my 20s and am objectively boring and go to bed early and had no issue finding friends my own age, you just have to look in the right places.

I noticed that many people tend to replicate the relationship their parent's had.

I think Trump and Melania have a 24 year gap

My gf is 35 years younger than me. We are 2 years into the relationship and it's working so far.

OP, you should go live and experience the world. Make more friends. Find a fun job where you interact with people your age—date young, hot guys who don't have baggage. Your twenties should be the best decade of your life.

When you're 40, he will be 69. That is freaking ancient! It's hard when you're 28 to imagine your 40-year-old self, but look at celebrities about that age, like Jessica Alba (43), Sienna Miller (42), and Beyonce (42). Can you imagine any of them with a 70-year-old + man? No, because that is absurd!

Clint Eastwood’s girlfriend Christina Sandera just passed away at 61. He is 94. Still standing. Looks like he’s healthy. He may have been the one taking care of her.
Never make assumption about the health of the older partner.

I didn't know what you were talking about, but now I do. Yuck. That's just grotesque. It doesn't matter how famous he is, her parents must be mortified.

Oh, it's quite easy to make an assumption about health when your own example is an anomaly and no where near the norm.

But he's such a wonderful, loyal husband, so she doesn't notice.

Not everyone finds partying with young guys and having meaningless casual relationships fun

Bill Bellichick is extremely ugly and fat though. He looks short too. It's only because of his money

There are some old men who remain physically attractive though (like Josh Duhamel)

OP specifically says she is sheltered with no experience. Her idea of all of those is likely extremely skewed. Plus married so many times? How rich can one be if he's paying out for all those wives and kids?

Is what I'd say if this wasn't a troll
