Democrats have had decades to address this issue in Congress instead of relying on a shakey precedent from the SCOTUS.

They couldn’t have predicted the extreme, dishonest methods the far right would utilize to take away women’s rights.

The rule of law to democrats means them making the rules to do what they want.

From doing away with the electoral college to expanding SCOTUS or term limits, they never want to work within our agreed upon framework when an election cycle doesn’t go their way. It’s always a demolishing of our current system to get their way.

Changing all that stuff is allowed for in the agreed upon framework. You know what isn't allowed for? Getting phony electors in Georgia and Arizona to sway the electoral college towards your guy. Republicans have a lot of nerve.
