Don't buy into it. Biden wasn't charged because the law requires willful and knowing intent and there was no such provable intent, whereas with Trump there was obstruction of justice, lying to FBI agents, trying to hide documents after they had been subpoenaed, engaging the help of others to assist in the lies and attempts to hide the documents (conspiracy) and so on.

Mike Pence also accidentally had documents. His home was searched and he - like Biden - was not charged because there was no intent.

Except in Pence's case they did not assign a Special Counsel. Gee I wonder why?
