Kinzinger.

Unity ticket.

Kinzinger would be great.

As would pritzker. He’s effective and a real billionaire and successful businessman so as the added advantage of being an irritant to Trump. He must be higher on the Forbes list.

I thought Dems hate the rich.

Dems don’t hate anyone.
Yet...............but they will, it's in your nature.

That would help quiet those who think Trump’s some kind of hero for surviving his shooting. The Republicans have made guns so easy to get now, it’s no surprise that shootings are a daily occurrence.

Yes love this idea

I think this would get a lot of moderate voters and win over Republicans who don’t like Trump.

He’s also from a border state and knowledgeable about immigration issues.

You know nothing of border states and the issues.

Wrong.

From The Hill:

"The talk among high-level Democratic strategists and donors has now turned to who is best positioned to serve has Harris’s running mate, and the short list has boiled down to Sen. Mark Kelly (D-Ariz.), Kentucky Gov. Andy Beshear and North Carolina Gov. Roy Cooper."

From the same article:

"California Gov. Gavin Newsom and Michigan Gov. Gretchen Whitmer have communicated to senior party leaders that they would not be interested in serving as Harris’s running mate, according to a person familiar with the candidates in the mix to join Harris atop the ticket."

Because those two want the Presidency in 2028.

Nice try, right wing troll.

I am so far left that I make Bernie Sanders look conservative. I must have hit a MAGA MAGGOT nerve!

The biggest problem with a Harris and anyone ticket is the Harris part.

Exactly.
All of the people mentioned as potential running mates for Harris have a better chance of winning than Harris does. People don't seem to find her smart or particularly likeable.

Gonna be tough to find a running mate for Kamala who doesn’t outshine her, what with Shemp Howard being dead and all.

All the dems need is some enthusiasm. Kamala plus anyone will help wash away the gaza stink off Biden. You need to get dems out to the pollls. You need to get women fired up about Dobbs. You need Gen Z to not believe they have a choice between a felon or a war criminal.

Thats all. Kamala can do it but it needs to start ASAP

No. They want the presidency in 2024. There is zero chance that Harris receives the nomination. This has all been planned carefully to sidestep both Biden and Harris. Maintain the illusion that Biden is healthy through the primaries, put him into an early debate to humiliate him and build public pressure for him to step aside pre-convention. As Harris is thought to have worse electoral prospects than Biden, they will make it an open convention and Newsom will emerge the nominee.

Harris is tied to Biden. All of the hate toward his polices for Gaza, Immigration failure, inflation also gets put on Harris as well..

This seems like more advanced planning than the party is capable of. Would be a nice change though.
