CA doesn't even have the infrastructure to support the EVs on the road now and neither does VA.

I had an EV for 2 years before selling it. Charging was a pain if you don't have a home where you can install your own charger. This was not an option for me at the condo I own. Also, and it could be better now, but road trips to places in the south were difficult because finding chargers was even more difficult.

All he's done is see every attempt at pushing his policy get struck down because he couldn't play ball with a Democratic State Senate.
