Yep, it's this. They can't get it up with a condom. Seen this several times. Not negotiable with me, either.

Shouldn't they be "up" before putting the condom on?

The mouth helps. But women don't want to put a strange duck in their mouth sometimes. Fair enough.

If I'm semi-hard rubbing it on her pu$$ and hearing her moan helps to reach full hardness, but that's not safe sex.

If I'm nervous and not fully hard and I try to put a stupid condom on it is likely to go soft.

There are really women who don't know all this?!

You shouldn’t be rubbing it on her p…y before putting in. It’s just as unsafe as not using a condom. Basically only protection against pregnancy

So most cheaters have all kinds of sex with their other women including anal and I heard that these cheaters don't want to use condoms because it's difficult to have anal sex with a condom. Is this true or why would a man risk his health and his future dating prospects for just one night?

You don’t understand why men don’t want to wear condoms?

I know thousands of people and not one of them has a child from a one night stand. You know “many.”

What sort of company are you keeping? Because that seems statistically anomalous.
