I found this Yoplain yogurts that is super high in protein.

This is what I do:

breakfast one HB egg, Yoplait Yogurt (16 grams of protein) and a banana.

Lunch (today) Progresso soup, Mediterranian Lentil 24 grams of protein. I add a cup of peas to it for volume and some green. Kiwi, blueberries.

Snack - 1/4 cup almonds (7 grams of protein)

Dinner: baked salmon, and farro salad (I cook it in chicken stock and add cucumbers, tomatoes, onions, artichokes, edamame, parsley and lemon).

No desert.

Lol, criticizing someone else's menu and then admitting that yours includes cheap canned soup.

Lol, hey dumbass, there is nothing wrong with a can of Progresso for lunch.

Also, she literally said "Critique my sample day of eating" but I know comprehension and reading are not your strenghts.

NP. Well, now we're critiquing yours. Canned soup is gross and not real food. It's the definition of an ultra-processed food.

I didn't ask you to though. So get lost.

Also, you're really dumb if you think that a can of soup full of beans and lentils is "ultra-processed." You're just dumb so you rely on personal attacks.

Why don’t you make your own bean soup? It’s so easy. You sound lazy.

HAhahaha none of your business. You sound derrainged.

DP. Wow, you are insanely sensitive. If you post your recommendations, then you open up the floor to criticism. It is definitely weird that you suggested to OP that she eats too many carbs.

Making a lentil soup is SO easy though, and you could do it to make it healthier without all the additives.

You should probably learn to spell an insult before you attempt to deploy it. It doesn’t really land when you yourself look like a moron.

Well, you're wrong. I answered OP and didn't ask any questions about my own choices. But thanks.

Can't possibly look any dumber than you though, so I'm good.

Not sure you're aware of how the internet works. But while you're here, just get plain greek yogurt and put real fruit in it, not some yoplait crap.

As I have said to the posted way above, maybe learn to read the labels on your food before you spew shit on the internet (which you are so versed in). The Yoplait Protein I get is 0% added sugar, 15 grams of protein, 100 calories. Hardly worse than what you're suggesting. But again, I didn't ask you to make suggestions or to tell me what to eat. You don't have to agree with it. Eat whatever the hell you want. I couldn't care less.

Wow, I am so sorry OP that your post got so derailed by all this bickering. Some of you have way too much time on your hands.

But apparently so do you

Objectively, this is a very very healthy diet, and I'd guess better than what 99% of Americans are eating in a day. I do think you probably need more fruits/veggies, which you can probably do (the latter anyway) without much calorie add.

This thread went so off the rails. Good gravy.
I'm going to go back to eating my nacho cheese doritos now.
