Comey went against protocol and announced the emailzzzz case back open because of Weiner's laptop (hmmm, laptop, sound familiar?) while ignoring the investigation into Trump's campaign contacts with Russian and Ukrainian operatives, as detailed in the Mueller report and the Senate Intel report.

As it turned out, there was nothing new in the Weiner laptop, but by the time that was announced, the damage was done. Note also, the timing of that was within hours of the 'grab em by the pussy' tape being released, thus taking THAT story out of the headlines.
