Cheese = dairy and pretzels = wheat.

It’s… interesting… how much you need to learn to read more thoroughly.

Argue with fruit and vegetables as snacks. Go on, we'll wait. OP doesn't have fruits and vegetables around? Her kids only eat processed food as snacks?

See the post directly above this one.
Likely safe, yes...but always good to verify.
I mean, maybe I'm the oddball, but I always ask about food or pet allergies (we have a dog) before hosting other kids.

I always ask, too, but OP is really just looking for an excuse to whine and complain about a child. It would take her 20 seconds to pick up her phone, text the kid's parents, and ask for some safe snack recommendations and/or more clarity about the allergies.

Where did OP say that? She said the kid was allergic to enzymes? Maybe she is talking about fruit. I don’t know, but neither do you. You are making a lot of assumptions.

OP, I try really hard to be nice here, but this is a weird post. Why do you need to crowdsource this? Just call the girl’s parents and ask.

I'm trying to think of all the things I currently have in my house that have no wheat or dairy (and we all eat both and love cheese so it's not like we cater to anyone who doesn't eat those things):

Fruit (lots of options there)
Vegetables
Hummus
Salsa
Guacamole
Peanut butter
Tortilla chips
Applesauce
Granola bars

I'm sure there are others but those are the ones that came to me in 30 seconds

Chips and fruit. Easy!

Parents are responsible for teaching their children about their allergies. I have severe allergies and so do my children.

Just don't offer her a snack at your house. Actually I wouldn't even allow her over until she can manage her allergy.
