These essays are not that hard. Just let your kid write it and be themselves. Let them learn how - - there are a tone of sources on line. Stop the arms race!

No one is legitimately recommending this guy, except this guy or his friends/family.

He’s sooo bad on Reddit.

You don't need the BEST coach. You need a trusted friend or teacher to read it over and make sure there are no major problems. There's no way this should cost thousands of dollars.

I know...he is an awful writer. More examples:

"That does not mean I ever base an essay around it." - typo, should be NEVER.

Next sentence: "Instead, it tends to come briefly early on in a piece, which further directs the “real” story." typo, should be, "...it tends to come UP briefly..."

No one and I mean no one is paying this man thousands of dollars to help with college essays. Since someone in his corner posted his name to drum up business for him, I strongly suggest HE hires an essay coach to revise all of his online content. If he needs a recommendation, let us know.

Nope. We paid close to 18k. Was not good except essays were completed ahead of time. Kid rejected from REA school. No interview. Listened to me just before submitting RD apps and changed essays. In at two of HYPMS.

We've used Wyzant for a variety of subjects. We tried a few different tutors for writing and had a good experience. We're also very hands on and DC was enrolled in the school of mom for a few months.

Same. Went with an expensive package company for our first and it was a waste. For our second, started with family editing and feedback. Found a great person on Wyzant for an outside opinion and second set of eyes. Just a few hourly sessions and improved the essays quite a bit.
