These women are not partners. They are eye candy. You think Donald Trump and Gavin Newsom and Jeff Bezos chose these women for their riveting personalities and their warm and loving nature?

These are symbiotic parasitical relationships. Some men and women don't need love or attachment or connection. They're cold. These are relationships of mutual convenience. The woman will be rich. The men will drop them at their convenience and move on to the next temporary interest when it suits them. Win win for those that roll that way.

Possibly. I assume no one on here actually knows these women or men personally. There’s a decent chance they are kind and loving to their partner and they likely do have intriguing personalities or they wouldn’t have made it to where they did in life.

Men don’t like to be alone. Most men will only date someone X years younger.

They somehow met these women, had a fun time with them and enjoyed the sex. They keep seeing them. It turns into a relationship and then increased commitment.

It’s pretty simple and not a lot to it.
