| OP here. This thread is weird but I got some good nuggets. I have graduate degrees in my STEM field, and I really didn’t understand the poster talking about women in military/tech roles. The yard “micro-aggression” was really funny. And I have been repeatedly skipped in meeting intros on Teams before, and I agree that it’s crazy irritating. I have no idea what face blindness is. I think the person is just on a power trip. |

| Not a micro-aggression, as no such animal exists. Every offensive act or remark. no matter how slight or minor, and even if the alleged aggressor meant no harm, must be treated as a federal case with the most devastating reaction. |
