Do you tip at Starbucks?

I tip a buck frequently. Especially when going to the one right by my office since I’m a repeat customer.

Out of curiosity, why does how often you go matter?

Are they paid an actual salary? If yes, then no tipping.

I've started paying with cash so I don't get the tip screen.

That is brilliant. I’m going to start doing this.

I can’t afford Starbucks. $3 for a small black coffee?!?!?

No

If I'm ordering a drip coffee that takes no skill or effort to make, I'll not tip or tip $.50. When I have a sentence-long order, I tip $1 or more. I usually go for something fancier and tip. The amount doesn't change based on ordering on the app or in the store.

Do you really think coffee shops pay baristas a salary?!
I hope you just misunderstand "salary" and mean a full hourly wage (not on the tipped scale). This comment sounds pretty out of touch
