In what way is Rice a different level? They bothe have the same reputation scores on Usnews, Rice is ranked higher because it has the advantage of being very small, it really should be in the LAC category.

It has almost the same amount of grad students as undergraduate students and both numbers are 2x the size of any top rated lac.
