What were some jobs they said would be affected by AI or disappear due to AI? |

This guy mentions how some jobs will be upgraded by AI while others will be downgraded. This is different take than most articles I’ve seen that only talk about what jobs will remain or be lost.

But "further off" in this case is likely 5 years--which if you're going for the trades isn't that long. I personally think the best thing to do is to get a general purpose college degree in whatever you're good at and keep up with certifications that help you pivot your career to what's in demand over time. |

It wasn't a very good presentation imo |
| In the end, it will be just like any other big thing that came onto the scene, ever. Some jobs will die and others will be created. Nothing new under the sun. |
Yeah, but see how fast AI is improving already. “A while” isn’t going to be very long. |
If Robotics grows at the speed of AI, those jobs are not safe. |
WTF? |
Robotics. |
| There is almost no one at risk because of AI. Relax. Things that promise to change the world almost never do. |
Terrible advice. Look at what generative AI has already done to graphic artists and actors. |
