What a strange overreaction. "Fascist"? Reserve terms like that for when they're actually deserved, which is not in this case. You think it's "fascist" to inconvenience you for the five seconds it takes for you to pull out an ID, poor baby?

Admit it, you just think rules should not apply to you.

OP shouldn't fear self-centered parents like you, no matter how "totally pissed off" you might be. Are you scared she's a parent at YOUR kid's school? No? Then why so upset, like someone's demanding to frisk you and do a cavity search?
