I looked it up-- a New Yorker article says it was actually "REZ IPZA".

I can’t wait til your next thread is about the Harley Davidson guy with loud pipes on his cruiser who moved into your neighbor’s former house and has his Harley buddies over every weekend with their bikes with loud pipes.
