Why does my neighbor have a Charger?

Anonymous
Because he wanted one.

The Hive Mind of DCUM would prefer that your neighbor take the bus, or Metro.

You likely live in a suburb that has a significant % of actual, or aspirational, rednecks. Manassas?

I would prefer he drive a car without a modified muffler so I don’t have to hear him driving up and down the street!

You’re asking the wrong question. The right question is: “why am I living in the suburbs when clearly I would be happier living on several acres in the country?”

Had to be one or the other. It’s in the car ownership rule book.

You forgot military, ex military, and redneck women. Those are the only people I know with Chargers.

Or enlisted military and in his 20s.

My brother has a Charger. He doesn’t fall into any of the categories of owners listed here. I was really, really surprised when he bought it. I did not see that coming. You may hate hearing a Charger driving down the street, but it’s much worse riding in one. I don’t understand how he can tolerate it.

This is always my assumption, too.

Do they know this?

Because he wants to annoy stupid neighbors like you.

Yes we know this and your adult daughters love us; your husbands are afraid of us.

Hahahaha!

Points for using a semicolon, though.

It’s so loud. It’s so annoying.

If I knew him, I'd tell he that he needs to get a Harly Fatboy next.

Because it’s the poor part of the suburbs. Everyone here has a Tesla, bmw, or mini van
