Hobbies for women to attract men?

Anonymous
Nerd hobbies like aquarium keeping, telescope astronomy, coin collecting -- I used to go to club meetings/shows and the men acted like I was a movie star. As soon as you walk into a shop tailored to any of these you will have a man trying to talk to you.

Conservative political groups-- don't bother joining a political group if you're left wing because those groups are all single/divorced women

Flying. 97% of pilots are men.

Hobbies, sure... but what men really care about is your college degree, job title and salary, and also whether you're influential in the best social circles. If those latter things are on point then any hobby will do.

This about what hobbies you like to do and what hobbies you’d like the father of your children to know how to teach them. What would be fun as a family.

Not necessarily. He might be doing it to meet people too; also, it might be something I actually enjoy but would not otherwise have motivated to actually do.

Men don't go fly fishing to meet women.

No, but they are certainly not averse to it! Don't know if you've attended many actual fly fishing group meetings (either on the water or if they meet once a month elsewhere, like in a bar), but there are plenty of single men, and very few women.

+1 on the nerd hobbies - friend met her husband at a Lego convention. Those are like 99% men, and yeah they’re all on the nerdy side, but they also have money to burn and tend to be faithful.

+1 My mom was super into fly fishing, and she had a LOT of attention as a result, even though she was married.

+1. I have never seen so many goodlooking men of all races in one place as the Hains Point driving range on a beautiful afternoon. I wish I had known that when I was single.

They are mostly married, though, and they like golf because it gets them out of the house/off kid duty for hours.

Is being attractive a hobby?

Fly fishing seems less likely since so much of the attraction is being on the river alone, or nearly alone.

I'd join a convent before taking up golf, trap/skeet or fly fishing.
