Motorcycling - there are many clubs to ride with.
Music/vocal performance - if you play an instrument or sing, join or form a band. You'll meet both bandmates and audience members. Talent is very attractive. Check out various meet-up groups focused on different interests, like walking/hiking. Martial arts. Take classes, meet people. Golf. Take group lessons, join a league. You'll be matched up with others to play as foursomes. Shooting sports attract a lot of men, but wearing hearing protection limits opportunities for social interaction so probably not ideal for your purposes. Still, skeet shooting and other competitive activities may provide introductions when not actually on the firing line. |
