Anyone changing behavior due to the latest uptick in Covid?

+1. If schools start threatening this en masse again there are going to be riots.

I wasn't doing anything to protect myself or my family, covid was not on my radar at all. Then I got it traveling 2 weeks ago. Avoid if you can, I was so so sick. Just now feeling better again.

Already had it again in June so I am not doing anything different.

I wasn’t even aware of an uptick. Thought oldest child (who had just flown back from Europe) had food poisoning, then it went though 2 more family members so clearly wasn’t food poisoning. When I got it I tested on a whim and was positive. Felt like the flu with fever, body aches and then the worst GO stuff for 48 hours. Threw up for 24 hours straight. It was truly awful. I hope we have some immunity for a bit but I will definitely be getting a booster this winter bc it was hell!

Yes, I started wearing masks inside again.

Two people I know just came down with Covid this week, and one coworker is still dealing with Covid brain fog from the cruise she took last month.

No.

The levels are far less than they were a year ago.

Don’t bother posting this here, OP. These people have been whining “WAAAAHHHH, stop talking about COVID” for over 2 1/2 years.

I'm back to wearing a n95 indoors while in public.

Therapy will help

You’re right. You should definitely get some therapy.

Hi, Nothing Burger lady! How’s the weather back there in 1996?

I’m a therapist and I think you’re the one who probably needs therapy.
