Anyone changing behavior due to the latest uptick in Covid?

Therapy will help

I really do not see people masking again. No matter what is going on.

Nope. I will not be participating in this phase of the pandemic. The last phase was managed by idiots. The public health leadership presiding over this phase is sure to be as bad or worse.

We might be spared a next phase as the idiots in charge are contemplating pushing all their chips into a single pile—covid is one, but there is also climate change, Ukraine, hyperinflation, aliens, and a few other varieties of nonsense that are under consideration.

Enjoy life in the late, great United States of America!

Odd. Ukraine going quite well. There is no and has not been hyperinflation, there ar no aliens. Climate change is an issue but US will fair better than most of the world. We did a pretty good job with COVID. Are you nuts? You are inventing problems. These are issues all being dealt with.

Agreed. People need to STAY HOME. Just door dash and instacart delivery. Cmon people we can do this!

Everyone needs to STAY HOME. ShUt It AlL DoWn. Grocery stores. Hospitals. Manufacturing plants. Dog hospitals. Police Stations. Gentlemen’s Glubs. Sewers. Art museums. Roller derby arenas. Stop it all to stop the spread.

For the children.

Yes, let’s be sure to pick winners and losers. Let’s close churches and keep tattoo parlors open. Because science.

I understand gun stores are a hotbed for COVID. Close those too.

Yes because tattoo parlors regularly serve hundreds of people of all ages who all stand and sing in close proximity for hours multiple times a week.

This is why we are screwed. People are truly stupid.

No! It’s to save grandma! It’s just two weeks!

Wow. That’s just wrong. People should stay home to protect themselves AND others, including their families. That’s why schools should offer virtual options, people should stop socializing at large gatherings, and as a result not get Covid and spread. It’s not hard.

Are you saying you want to ban “large gatherings” indefinitely, or that think individuals should choose to permanently avoid schools, churches, and other areas where people congregate?

DP this thread has multiple dumb posts from trolls pretending to be hyper scared liberals begging for shutdown. You can ignore them.

Progressive morons.

Actually you look like the moron commenting on someone else's choice. You have no idea if they have a family member at risk or are at risk themselves. Maybe they have cancer. Shut your mouth.

I haven’t been to any large gatherings and I still got Covid. At this point it’s like an annoying cold and not worth hiding away to avoid.

That’s just wrong of you to say. How many millions of people have died from Covid? It’s not a cold.

I don't really know how anyone will dodge Covid. I'm currently on my sofa with it right now. I've been vaccinated and boosted so I will stay home for five days to avoid spreading it. I can't envision us shutting down schools again and requiring masks.

I do think school staffing will be impacted. One of my kids had a sub all last week because their teacher is out with it.

Omicron is milder than the ancestral strains.

Sorry but people are still dying from Covid. It’s not something to take lightly. That’s why I’m a proponent of another stay home order.
