This wouldn't be a gift, but I got a lot of pleasure out of my Perfect Coffee Mug. I bought it as Rosie's in Middlebury, Vermont about 10-12 years ago. Well, it broke about 5 years ago. I've called the restaurant, looked online, etc. etc. and have not been able to find the maker of the mug. Rosie's changed suppliers and the new mug is the normal crap they sell at any other tourist shop.

I still think about the mug every so often when I go to make my morning coffee.

“Defunkify” laundry detergent! I swear it is better than Tide, and I’ve always thought tide was the best. But I tried this because they had it at Whole Foods and I didn’t want to make another stop and I can’t deny it is genuinely better.

Mark your calendar for the holiday pottery sale at District Clay Center, it’s usually at the beginning of December. Your mug was probably made by a local potter and there will be so many mugs for sale, maybe you’ll find one that’s close.

Aquaphor. It's good for chapped lips, dry hands, even for healing cuts and burns--when I had a bad burn, the ER doc told me to keep aquaphor on it. I swear by it.

What was special about it? Maybe you can buy a similar one.

I’m surprised we are this far in without a mention of the Revlon One-Step Hair Dryer & Volumizer Hot Air Brush. I keep a new one at all times for when the one I’m using dies (usually after about 2 years).

Just want to say I love coco floss and the coco floss poster.

(for the person who asked it’s because cocofloss is the only floss that gets into tiny spaces caused by still having my wisdom teeth without breaking but still cleans well and doesn’t have pfas)

I also like my socks (and hat) from Paka

Anonymous wrote:My Kindle Oasis - I rarely read physical books at this point. The battery life is great (I only connect to WiFi when downloading), I can read in sun, dark rooms, or next to the pool without worries.

I mainly use Libby to check out books, so after the initial purchase, my book budget is super low.

I love my kindle paper white so much. I joined Kindle Unlimited because I read so much, and while you don't get the super popular books, I am always entertained and have multiple books going at a time. I love it. For $11/month I get so much out of it!!! For the popular ones, I use the library too. But when my kindle breaks, I'm getting an oasis!!!

Freckled Poppy Jeans. They are expensive (in my opinion) and worth every penny. If you follow their size guidance, you will be very happy. I have a pair of jeans and some shorts and they are my absolute favorite.

I also love my air fryer(s). We used our air fryer so much that I bought a second, smaller one, so while the main dish is cooking for us I could also do the side in the other one. I don't ever use my oven anymore and it encourages us to eat healthier more regularly.

Marks & Spencer underwear. It’s the only kind that I’ve worn for 20 years and fits me the best. I either buy in bulk and have it shipped or stock up when in England.

Burt’s Bees lip balm

Smashbox photo finish and Laura Mercier tinted moisturizer. Pull these items from my cold dead hands

I travel a lot and realized many of my favorite things are travel related.

-Kindle paperwhite signature edition
-Shark dryer (UK version for travel bc it has the right voltage for most European countries so then all I need is an adaptor)
-Tumi voyageur backpack (perfect as personal item for travel with section for laptop)
-Paravel fold up tote (I don't like to check bags so take this with me if I plan on doing a lot of shopping at destination that way I have an extra bag for return trip if needed)
-Belalife travel jewelry organizer

I love my "Popular" Mason Pearson brush. It's a mix of boar bristle and nylon. I splurged when I was in college... I turn 40 soon and the brush still works great! I sort of want to buy another (maybe in another size or style?) but am afraid quality might have gone down as it has with many other companies.

Bought mine from Costco $140
