You don’t know the difference between “site” and “sight,” so why don’t you focus on “comprehension,” sweetie? |
Typos are due to comprehension. You have a lot to learn, but start with learning to read. Will really open doors for you in life. |
How do you know how many cups there are? OP isn’t intending to dirty multiple cups and “leave them around.” She is using ONE cup. As any guest may do in the home of any semi-decent host. She’s even trying to keep it out of the way in the guest bedroom. |
You're not OP you have no idea what she's doing or how many cups she's leaving around. I'd probably clean up after a lazy houseguest too who can't seem to find the sink. |
From OP: I asked them to please leave my water cups alone so I could refill, and they said “we don’t keep cups and glasses out.” I assume you know that "cupS" implies more than one? |
They haven’t “found the sink” yet because THEY AREN’T FINISHED WITH THE GLASS, YOU TWIT. |
And I assume YOU know that: 1) It’s a multi-day visit (stated in the original post) so more than one day at this house = more than one cup will be used 2) Because they keep taking the one glass she is trying to keep, she has to get another one. Moron. |
Doubt it. I had a roommate who did this. Left cups all over the place insisted they were still using them. Lazy AF and just never wanted to do dishes. |
This. ILs are a bit rude but OP is creating the drama. |
She has to get another one? Oh Lord. Sounds like torture. She will have to walk a few feet to take another tiny sip of water in a different glass. |
I think OP should use as many glasses and cups as possible right before the other guests are set to arrive for dinner this evening. Focus on using the glassware she knows will be used at the dinner. |
Yeah that's nuts. I've had the cup problem before but using my own metal water bottle fixed it. |
Out of curiosity if someone was sitting in chair sipping water and they put the glass down (with water still in it) to get up to go to the bathroom. What would you do? |
DP, why are you so angry? Stop the name calling. You guys are arguing about two different hypotheticals, anyway. |
I have to wonder if all these posts are fake. We don't allow water/drinks all over the house. Keep a bottle in the kitchen or fridge. |
