Don't know what grad your DD is, but anyway to pull her from this school. She needs to see these girls in the rear view mirror only.

She just finished 6th and she’s in a MCPS middle school. We can’t afford private and there really is no other option. I guess I just have to hope it blows over by late August when they all go back.

I would laugh in her face. What a petty, moronic thing to do. I hope you tell her that and talk about making space for good people in her life, and don't tell her you're sorry, as if their actions should carry any weight
