SO sick of weed smoke everywhere

Agrew, 10000%. Why do we tolerate it but not cigarettes? The amount of weed you can smell while driving evrywhere, even on major highways, is vastly concerning.

Tell that to all your new friends smoking it in public, and stinking up the Beltway. They are the ones who believe you voted to legalize it for them.

Or maybe try policing those people yourself, since you keep voting for politicians trying to defund the police.

I know facts and consequences are hard for you to understand.

But here is a hint: you voted for this.

You have no idea how I voted. Pointing out facts to people like you who continue to conflate issues does not mean that I voted any particular way or that I condone any of it. But you seem to think you have it all figured out so good for you.

I was at a rec basketball game at Patrick Henry rec in Alexandria and smelled it in the hall. I believe a parent was vaping it.

UNREAL. You need to get high to watch your kid’s U10 rec basketball game at 10:30am?!

You don't like reading?
.

I have been reading my entire life and have never felt the need to have a drag queen read to me. I have also read to my kids since birth and they are both avid readers who have never requested to be read to by drag queens or people smoking weed.

Where are there story times where the reader is smoking weed? Did you hear that on Fox News?

I smelled it in the parking garage at Children’s Hospital! When I mentioned it at the desk as we were checking in, they told me that unfortunately it is very common that parents go and get high while their kids are in the hospital. Truly pathetic.

Because this is a progressive area and we vote for people who support legalizing weed. This is what your neighbors want and what they voted for.

I hate it also. We couldn’t allow cigarettes, but somehow weed is fine anywhere? Even in schools, apparently, because my kid can’t even use the bathroom without having to deal with the weed smokers.

That PP is correct though. The majority of people voted to legalize weed. Maybe you didn’t, but you are in the minority.

Not even legal in MD until 7/1

Also not legal for kids, yet kids are smoking IN every single public MCPS high school bathroom.

Agreed. Good point.

The masses have voted to approve the legalization so this is where we are. You all created this mess.

Pathetic? I can imagine getting high being a good way to calm down while dealing with the awful stress of a child in Childrens.

You are a sad pathetic parent. Would you feel the same if a parent got drunk to “deal” with the stress of Children’s?

I agree, hate the weed smell and smoke. It is so strong.

LOL not promoting, just here to say alcohol and it's prevalence in our culture is even more annoying.

I enjoy both weed and alcohol. But I find that daily pot smokers are far more annoying than daily drinkers, regardless of the health effects. The smell, the yellow teeth, the constant coughing, the sluggishness, the inability to focus or remember anything. It’s SO frustrating to deal with.
