NP here, and I like the JCrew/JCrew factory version of this same style suit (as well as their other one-pieces with ruching). |
Lane Bryant can be great for this. They have build in bras. I usually do a lane bryant top with landsend bottoms. |
|
I have several suits and absolutely love this one - it gives me a waist I don't really have!

Yeah, this is my biggest issue with swimsuits. Lands end has some with underwire and d cup sizing (I don’t think they’re actually for d cups, I just think they know if they market it as F cup sizing people will be horrified and not buy them). When you buy the swimsuit, it should be a little too tight. That will go a long way. Then always rinse it after the pool. They still only last one summer for me though. |
Bare Necessities or Athleta with the underwire. Not cheap though. |
I don't mean to be mean, but you do understand no one is looking at you, judging you, or cares what you look like on the beach or at the pool, right? You are your own worst critic. No one else notices. And I sincerely don't say that to mean. I say it as a helpful reminder. |
I wish this were true, but it isn’t entirely. I don’t care, but I absolutely notice. |
I am a DD and this works great! |
| Please get in shape first. |
There is no cause to be mean like that. Be a decent human. |
You can get a lot of new Athleta for much less on eBay! |
| I do the board shorts and a tankini top too. I have swim suit bottoms and I am much more comfortable in board shorts or swim shorts. |

I have brothers. Their friends are around. We hang out at the lake, water ski, are active. As women, why do we accept wearing traditionally designed women's bathing suits? And showing so much?
Not doing it. Swim shorts and a tee for me. |
