Maryland Dem who voted for him before and would vote for him again if he runs.

Really?

Some state agencies have anywhere from 10% to 30% vacancies. According to the Maryland Department of Budget and Management, the state has 10,000 open positions to fill, which includes budgeted and unbudgeted positions, as well as 2,800 abolished positions.

No wonder people have been unable to get the help they're supposed to be able to get from our state government.

What help are people not getting? It looks to me like they are proving that the state government is capable of operating perfectly well at a significantly lower staffing level.

Then either you're not paying attention, or you haven't had to try to get help from state government lately.

So nothing specific then?

Democrats.....the party of love and inclusion.

The MD Democrats doing what the state needed and vetoing him as necessary are the only reason the sate was successful under him. And he hates public school teachers. That's a big one for me. And his ridiculous failure on the Covid tests from South Korea. And his hand in real estate.

I am not for or against him. I am genuinely curious what happened in regards to the covid test thing you pointed out.

He spent millions on Covid tests that were defective. At the time, he publicized his actions in a way that didn't sit well with me. He kept saying that in South Korea, his wife is regraded as royalty, so they were able to make a deal . I'm sure South Korea got more than money in return.

I did not know that. I just remember him getting kudos for getting the tests and having them guarded when they were flown in. That is interesting. Oops.

He did step up for Maryland at the onset of COVID in a way the federal government could not. Unfortunately, a lot of the smaller mistakes get overlooked. His unemployment website at that time was a massive failure. People who needed money get couldn't any. When he ended up with a 4.6 billion dollar surplus, it made me sick that so many had to beg their government for funds to buy food when the process should have been easy. He likes to credit for a lot that I don't think he deserves. Would we be better off under him than Trump? Most likely. Will Hogan be honest? Not likely. He likes power too and that is not always a good thing.

How did he step up?

You can look it up, if you're interested. If you're not interested, don't.
