I had to find one for 3 of these languages, but a boy. Went with Alexander. Maybe Alexandra works in Italian? I think it might be harder to mix those three, German and Russian are more similar in many ways than Italian.

I love it too, does it bother you at all that it's a medication? It's a very pretty name and I do think it would work in all those languages.
