Good luck, DCUMs. I'm already refreshing like a crazy person.

Same here.

ditto, but it's a great school, and I told my DC it doesn't make sense to spend *that* much for a college education when the ROI doesn't justify the cost.

depending on the major, yes.

This is not true- You are accepted or rejected from the school first. Then they admit to LEP (Limited Enrolled Programs) so your child can be accepted into UMD and not admitted into Comp Scie, Business and Engineering as a freshman.

Assuming admission to UMCP does the LEP decision come at the saner one or is there a further wait?

I thought it was out at 4:45?

My kid is 3.7 UW, 4.3 weighted, test optional. No hooks. I figure it’s a long shot and kid is already in at Salisbury and UMBC with merit. But I’m still hopeful….nervous….

According to FB parent group, some are already released. We aren’t home right now to check! Ugh!

Thanks. If it comes to UMBC with merit and UMD CP without merit, it might be a tough call anyway.

Ugh. I really want DS to check at 4:45 but he’s taking a nap right now. Who can be sleeping at a time like this?!?! (Already in at UMBC with merit).

Our portal still just shows the date DC submitted the app and a link to the admissions checklist.

Meyerhoff and Banneker Key results don’t come out until April, though, right? So there’s still more waiting to do.

Ha! I have to admit that the price is the major draw. I won't force my kid to go there if he can articulate good reasons why he'd do better elsewhere, though.
